The thing about weightlifting is that it isn’t just the physical changes that keep us going back.  It’s the complete empowerment and love for the way lifting makes us feel.

While all of this chatter is going on, real women are out there moving some serious weight, and guess what we look like?

We look like women.

We’re not ‘bulky’, and we’re not ‘too thin’, we are just happy and empowered women who fell in love with lifting.
