At Lipstick Lifters these are also known as ‘boob’ exercises. Know that it is absolutely possible, with the correct chest exercises and workout plan, to give your boobs a natural lift. Of course you cannot change breast tissue. But you can build the muscle behind the breast tissue. That is what we aim to achieve with all of our chest exercises.
