There’s no denying that well rounded shoulders definitely look great in strappy tops. Beyond aesthetics, strong shoulders go a long way towards your overall upper body strength. For that reason, your shoulder exercises deserve your attention.
Note that the weight you work with, reps and sets, as well as where you place these exercises in your workout routine all contribute to your outcomes.
