Weightlifting IS a woman’s sport and the results are mind blowing! 

A woman is no less capable of ‘training like a man’ than she is ‘working like a man’ or ‘driving like a man’. 

You wouldn’t let anyone tell you that you are intellectually inferior to a man, so why are you still allowing yourself to be told that they are physically inferior to a man?

You may be thinking ‘but men are physically stronger than women – it’s a fact’ – NOT TRUE!

Here’s what is true

If we go back to hunter gatherer days, the men would do the hunting while the women stayed at home. 

Naturally, while out hunting, men built their physiques.

Here’s what else you need to know

Men have a much easier time building upper body strength, which is why they are deemed physically stronger. 

But if you look down (below the ‘goods’ – maybe pause for a second to appreciate), you’ll find that a lot of men have a much harder time building their lower body.

On the flip side

Women have a much easier time building lower body strength and a much harder time building upper body strength.

Am I supposed to lose excess weight first and then start weightlifting?

No!  This is a common misconception that exploits your efforts. 

The fact is, the more weight you carry, the more weight you will be able to lift, the more weight you lift, the faster you will build muscle.

Why is that a good thing?

Because the more lean muscle you have, the more calories your body burns at rest, turning you into a fat burning machine! 

What equipment will I need to work with these plans?

Because our main objective is strength, you will need to have access to a well-equipped gym. 

Without access to standard gym equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, squat/power racks and assisted weights machines, you will limit your potential outcomes.

How will I know how to perform each exercise?

All plans come with dedicated support notes providing you with detailed instructions on how to correctly perform each exercise. 

If you need further clarification you can look the exercise up by its name on Google or YouTube, there are plenty of instructional videos at your disposal.

What if I get stuck?

Ask for help – as an upgraded member you get dedicated 1:1 support – use it!

How can I build my own workout plans if I have little to no gym experience?

The portal features a wide range of training categories so that we can meet the needs of as many women as possible. 

Each workout plan is accompanied by an anatomical illustration which highlights which muscle groups are being worked.

Most categories/training styles are self-explanatory, if there’s anything you’re not sure about you can just ask. 

All upgraded membership options include 1:1 support so that you can get the most out of the portal.

How will I keep track of the plans I’ve chosen to work with?

Each plan is coded so that you can easily keep a record of the ones you are/have worked with. 

You will also find a printable PDF download of every single workout plan and its support notes, so you can keep a physical record.

Does Members Zone help with diet plans?

No. 

The objective of Members Zone is to help women find and build their physical strength, so everything we do is focused on weightlifting and eating – because you need to eat to perform.  We do not give diet advice.

That’s not to say you can’t lose weight on these plans, in fact; with the increased muscle mass that these plans will give you, you increase your basal metabolic rate which means your overall daily calorie burn will be higher by default. 

How will I know which training categories are best for me?

The best training method for you is the one that you will stick with and work to its full potential. 

Members Zone offers a wide range of training categories so that you can sample each one and choose your favourites.

I’ve been weightlifting for some time but haven’t got the results I hoped for, is Members Zone still suitable for me?

If you’ve been training for some time and you’re not seeing results something is definitely up with that.  It could be your plan, it could be something else, it’s impossible to say.
